5.3 Acceptable Use

6.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where technically feasible, as part of our anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures. Detection of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of bonus credits, associated winnings, and may result in Account closure.

7.3 Birthday Bonus & Referral Programme

The Birthday Bonus and Refer-a-Friend programme are subject to their own specific eligibility criteria. Birthday bonuses are credited based on the User's VIP tier at the time the bonus is issued. Referral bonuses are credited only upon the referred User completing registration, KYC verification, and making a qualifying first deposit. Referral bonuses obtained through self-referral or fraudulent referral are prohibited and will be forfeited.

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

8.2 Errors & Manifest Mistakes

8.3 Sports Betting — Results

Sports betting results are determined based on officially published results from the governing body of the relevant sporting event. For Liga Super Malaysia and other Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) competitions, results as published by FAM are final. For EPL, international football, UFC, and other competitions, results as published by the respective governing body or recognised official data provider are used for settlement.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on mtown88a and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC;
• Opening multiple accounts or accessing the Platform through another person's account;
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity;

Where an Account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any Account balance may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where no breach has occurred and closure is at mtown88a's administrative discretion, the User's remaining balance (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned via the User's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting mtown88a via live chat or email support. Voluntary closure requests made for responsible gambling reasons will be processed as a self-exclusion and actioned immediately upon receipt.
